VINTAGE LOUIS MARX G - MAN PURSUIT TIN WINDUP TOY CAR BEAUTIFUL GLOSSY RED PAINT
Here you will see one of the fantastic G-Man cars from my “PA TOYS OF TIMES PAST” collection. This car has had a body off restoration. In other words, someone took their time to remove the body from its chassis and tape off the blue lithography and repaint the red. And replace the body with no damage to the tabs. The windup mechanism has also been repainted silver. It makes the car very bright and colorful. The blue is still all original and with all of these cars, the blue lithograph doesn’t match from the hood to the rest of the car. A typical flaw seen on all these cars. There are very few scratches over the blue and none on the red. The license plate is missing but the taillight is still present. The key is a reproduction but looks the part and works as it should. When wound up and running, the G-Man simulates shooting his machine gun out the front window. So if you are seriously considering buying one of these cars, don’t wait to long. Any questions just ask.
