Bike is marked D. R. Cyclon. Some versions had the lady holding an umbrella where others like this one she’s holding a handkerchief, which are rarely seen. A very nice early style Motorcycle. Nice colors. Windup works. Ladies arms are top quality replacements. Length is 6 1/2" and the toy is in Excellent condition
