Kellerman Balloon Vendor
The Balloon Vendor is made by Kellerman Co. in 1930s. Marked "Made in Germany". When wound, his eyes move back and forth, his right arm goes up and down, and the monkey pendulum by his feet go back and forth. All functions work perfectly. The toy is very popular with the Mickey Mouse collectors also because Mickey is one of the toys that is hanging from the string. The pendulum has pictures on both sides. The windup key is permanent.
